Posted by Joseph Jacob | Oct 05, 2019 | 0 Comments

On October 4, 2019, The President issued a Presidential Proclamation on the Suspension of Entry of Immigrants Who Will Financially Burden the United States Healthcare System.

Immigrants who apply for visas will have to show that they will be covered by a healthcare insurance within 30 days of entry into the United States, or they have the financial resources to pay for medical cost.

Applicants for immigrant visas who cannot show the consular office that they will be covered or have the resources to pay for medical expenses, will be denied their visa.
