Joseph F. Jacob, JD, MBA

Joseph F. Jacob is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York and New Jersey.

Joseph has a vast legal and business experience and he counsels clients with issues related to the United States federal laws including Immigration and Naturalization services, Corporate Formation and Shareholder Agreement, Commercial and Business Transactions, Private Physician  Practice Formation and Governance, and International Trade and Investments.

He is a member of the:

  • American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

  • American Bar Association (ABA)

  • New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), and

 

Joseph served as Vice Chair of the ABA’s Middle Eastern Committee and as Vice Chair of the ABA’s International Human Rights Committee.

Joseph is an immigrant and an entrepreneur who came to the United States in 1993 and have since been involved in many ventures and international businesses.
