Eligibility Criteria
The EB-5 visa is for immigrants who wish to invest in Targeted Employment Areas (TEA) musy invest at least $500,000 or $900,000 (after November 21, 2019) or for any other investment the minimum investment is $1 million ($1.8 million after November 21, 2019) to finance businesses in the United States.
Applicants can invest on their own or they can invest through a larger investor pool via regional center (federally approved third-party intermediaries that connect applicants with developers in need of funding)
